As a Resident Assistant, you’ll help residents through their evening and overnight routines, provide hands‑on personal care, and work with a team that cares about making each day feel safe and comfortable for the people who live here.
What you’ll do- Assist with dressing, toileting, mobility, and other daily needs
- Follow each resident’s care plan and document the care you provide
- Respond to residents’ needs throughout your shift
- Communicate with teammates to keep care consistent
- A dependable, compassionate approach to caregiving
- Comfort providing hands‑on personal care
- Previous caregiving, assisted living, or memory care experience preferred
- Ability to complete required dementia training and background screening
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
CNA certification is welcome, but it is not required for all Resident Assistant/PCA positions. Experience as a PCA, CNA, Nurse Aide, Home Health Aide, or Caregiver is a plus.
