Clinical Director

Responsible for Clinical, Behavioral Health and Medical Services, Intake, and Grant Completion. Works in partnership with Director of Case Management Programs. Responsibilities include program administration, community networking, internal coordination, program evaluation and reporting, supervision of staff, budget monitoring, and provision of therapeutic services on a limited basis. Other tasks as assigned

Administer Behavioral Health programs for the agency, with the goal of ensuring that all programs are providing quality care and support to those receiving services Responsible for direct Supervision of BH programs including clinical procedures as follows:
Outpatient Therapy, CdP, Dismas House, Daily scheduling and supervision, Conduct or coordinate relevant training, Perform annual performance evaluations, Interview and select candidates for open positions.

Graduate degree in social or behavioral sciences. At least 2 years of experience of management, supervisory and/or administrative experience. Four years clinical experience with individuals with SDMI. Current Licensure as Clinical Mental Health Professional (LPCC) or LISW with the State of New Mexico.

Starts at $43per hour or more depending on experience
