** Compensation Range:  This position is paid on a salaried basis; however, the equivalent hourly rate ranges from $69.00 to $77.00 per hour, depending on experience, location, and FTE status. Total compensation may also include bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.*

Shifts:

** 3- 12 hour shifts and every other weekend

** 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (12 hours each)

** Minimum Qualifications*

* Education:

*** NP:
Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice or post-master’s certificate program
* PA:
Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification

* Experience:

*** Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine  
** Licensure & Certification:
*** BLS & ACLS Certification
* Licensed FNP or PA in Virginia
* DEA License
* Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol  
** Credentialing Requirements:
*** Successful completion of payer credentialing (Medicare/Medicaid)
* Medical Staff credentialing for clinical privileges
