The Home Health Aide (HHA) provides direct personal care and assistance with daily living activities to clients in their homes. This role ensures that clients receive the necessary support to maintain their health, safety, independence while adhering to individualized care plans and federal. state. and agency regulations.

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Support mobility by assisting with transfers, ambulation, and prescribed exercises.
• Prepare and serve nutritionally appropriate meals based on dietary restrictions.
• Perform Ight housekeeping tasks related to client care, such as laundry and tidying living spaces.
• Monitor and report Changes in Client condition, behavior, or needs to the or nurse.
• Assist with medication reminders (if permitted by State regulations).
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion Of a state-approved Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Assistant (CNA) training program.
• Current certification.
• Healthcare Provider level CPRJBLS (Basic Life Support) and First Aid Certification required.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in home care. senior care, or healthcare settings preferred

• Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and assisting clients with mobility.
• Ability to lift and transfer up to 50 lbs.
