Care Works Health Services is looking for kind, dependable caregivers to join our team. We have clients throughout Orange County and are looking for caregivers who are ready to work, show up as scheduled, and treat every client with respect.

We Are Looking for Caregivers Who

• Personal care and bathing
• Meal preparation
• Companionship
• Walking and transfers
• Medication reminders
• Transportation or errands when assigned

• Show up on time and are dependable
• Are kind, patient, and respectful
• Enjoy working with seniors
• Communicate well
• Have reliable transportation
• Stay engaged with the client while working
• Can follow instructions and a care plan
• Can use a smartphone for work‑related communication and clocking in/out
• Are willing to complete required hiring and training steps

Requirements

Job Qualifications

• Active HCA registration
• Valid Driver's License or State
• 2nd Form of  (Passport or Social Security Card)
• TB Test
• Car Insurance (if applicable)
• Home Care Aide Registration - if you don't have it, here is the cost (Fingerprint Background Check) ($125 Initial Cost $100 Reimbursement when training is complete)
