Setting: Elementary School | High Autism Population
A school district in Tucson, AZ is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for a full-time opportunity at an elementary school with a high population of students on the autism spectrum. This role will focus on comprehensive school psychology services and collaboration with the educational team.
Position Details- Full-time position
- One elementary school site
- Support a high autism population
- Conduct psychological and educational testing
- Complete evaluation reports and documentation
- Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers
- Provide consultation and support to students and staff
- Assist with special education evaluation processes
- Active Arizona School Psychologist certification or appropriate licensure required
- Experience supporting students with autism is a plus
- Strong assessment and report-writing skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
