* Room and prepare pediatric patients for urgent care visits
* Obtain vitals, medical histories, and perform clinical intake
* Assist providers with urgent care procedures and patient flow
* Perform phlebotomy EKGs, point-of-care testing, and specimen collection
* Support medication administration and clinical documentation
* Educate and reassure patients and families during visits
* Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and infection control standards
* Collaborate closely with providers, nurses, and front desk staff
* Help ensure an efficient, positive patient experience
** What We're Looking For
*** Medical Assistant certification preferred
* Current BLS and PALS certifications required
* Bilingual English/Spanish required
* EKG certification/experience required
* Phlebotomy experience required
* Urgent care, emergency medicine, or pediatric experience strongly preferred
* Strong clinical, multitasking, and communication skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with EMR systems preferred (athenaOne experience a plus)

The specific compensation offered will be determined based on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
