Pediatric Advanced Practice Provider; PA​/NP; Per Diem - Float Pool

Description

UNC Health is looking to hire a Pediatric APP (NP/PA) for our Float Pool throughout the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill and surrounding areas. If you are looking to work short-term assignments to periodic assignments this may be the opportunity for you. Part-time options (1-2 days) also available.

• Pediatric Care APP
• Licensed in North Carolina
• 1 plus years of experience (minimum requirement)
• Knowledge of Epic is a plus
• Must work once every 90 days

$60/hour

Other information:

• Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) program.

• Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider (i.e., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant) in the state of North Carolina.
• Board certification if required by the Department. DEA.

• 1-plus year of experience is required (minimum requirement).

• Demonstrated clinical competency.
• Effective leadership skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication and strong analytical skills.
• Effective interaction to ensure the successful care of patients in the clinical setting.
• Documentation in the medical record to substantiate accurate billing.
