Job Description The Clinical Site Manager provides leadership and oversight for the day-to-day operations of an ambulatory medical practice, ensuring the delivery of

This position is ideal for an experienced
** healthcare manager with a strong background in ambulatory medical practice**, clinical operations, and team leadership. The Clinical Site Manager works closely with medical leadership and interdisciplinary teams to support clinical quality, patient access, staff performance, productivity, safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

A
** current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan is strongly preferred**, particularly for candidates with experience leading medical teams in primary care, family practice, community health, or other ambulatory care settings.

Key Responsibilities ### Clinical & Practice Leadership
* Provide day-to-day leadership and management of the assigned medical practice.
* Partner closely with medical leadership and providers to promote high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered care.
* Support clinical workflows, patient access, care delivery, productivity, and efficient use of practice resources.
* Serve as a resource for clinical questions, concerns, and operational issues raised by patients, families, providers, and staff.
* Identify opportunities to improve clinical workflows, patient experience, access, quality, and overall practice performance.
* Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance.### Team Leadership & Staff Management
* Lead, coach, develop, and support medical practice staff to achieve organizational and departmental goals.
* Create staff schedules, assignments, priorities, and coverage plans based on patient volume and operational needs.
* Provide timely and effective coaching, feedback, performance management, and recognition.
* Direct, supervise, train, and evaluate staff in accordance with organizational expectations and competencies.
* Foster a team environment that promotes professionalism, communication,  safety, accountability, and exceptional patient care.
* Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate organizational priorities, clinical initiatives, operational updates, and performance expectations.### Clinical Quality, Safety & Compliance
* Monitor and address clinical and operational quality concerns within the practice.
* Conduct quality assurance activities through chart reviews, reports, meetings, observation, and performance monitoring.
* Identify and promptly address patient safety, employee safety, infection prevention, and environmental concerns.
* Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures and applicable state, federal, licensing, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
* Participate in emergency preparedness planning and response.
* Promote a culture of safety and continuous quality improvement.### Practice Operations & Performance
* Oversee daily practice operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of medical services.
