* • Establishes budgets and identifies resources needed to achieve unit and department goals.  
• Ensures patient and staffing schedules are within budget and are optimized so that quality and timely care is delivered.  
• Identifies and leads complex projects and protocol development involving exam safety, quality and/or timeliness.  
• Ensures modalities meet all local, state, federal or other certifying entity requirements.
