Sentara Medical Group has a full‑time opening for an experienced APP (NP or PA) to join
Sentara Family Medicine at our St. Luke's location in Carrollton, VA. Carrollton is nestled on the James River between Smithfield and Suffolk, VA.
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (36 patient contact hours, 4 hours admin)
Flexibility to work a 4 to 4-1/2 day work week; option for some extended hours
Average of 18-20 patients per day

Active NP or PA
Minimum master's degree Required
Must have prior APP experience, 2‑3 years preferred

We provide market‑competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full‑time employment is $ - $ annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on‑call pay, shift premiums, extra‑shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
Note:
If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full‑time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
