Behavior Technician​/Registered Behavior Technician; RBT

We are seeking compassionate, energetic, and motivated Behavior Technicians to join our growing team. We provide high-quality ABA services in both
** clinic and home-based settings**, supporting children, adolescents, and individuals of all ages with a wide range of needs.

As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with clients to help them develop communication, social, daily living, and other important skills while supporting the reduction of challenging behaviors.

• Implement individualized behavior support and treatment plans under the direction of a supervising BCBA
• Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA services in clinic and/or home settings
• Build positive, meaningful relationships with clients and families
• Collect accurate data during sessions to monitor progress and support treatment decisions
• Follow clinical guidance and communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs
• Provide feedback regarding client progress, barriers, and areas of need
• Maintain a professional, compassionate, and respectful approach with clients, caregivers, and team members
• Follow all safety, clinical, and organizational policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience working with children, individuals with disabilities, or in human services is preferred but not required
• Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 90 days of employment;
  ** paid training and support are provided**
• Reliable transportation is required for positions providing in-home services

• RBTs do have 120 hours of PTO after a 90 day probationary period (60 hours for part time staff)
