At NMC Health we're proud to set an award-winning standard for healthcare and seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) for our Home Health and Private Duty Services. We are seeking a highly professional aide who will be a vital member of our talented Home Care team focused on patient-centered clinical excellence by communicating with patients, families and partnering with our team of interdisciplinary healthcare providers in the evaluation of patient progress towards outcomes and care provision.

Education and experience:

• Works independently and takes initiative on behalf of the patient.
• Manages time efficiently.
• Demonstrates accountability and responsibility for safe patient care.
• Minimum 1 year in healthcare preferred.
• Certified Nurse Aide would be required to complete Home Health Aide course and testing.

Licensure, registration, or certification:

• Current Home Health Aide (H.H.A.) licensure in state of Kansas
• Certification in CPR/Basic Life Support
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
