** Early Intervention Speech Language Pathologist Assistant
** to serve families in Long Beach. You’ll deliver speech and language therapy in children’s homes as part of a supportive team led by licensed Speech-Language Pathologists.### How You’ll Help
* Lead in-home therapy sessions that target each child’s speech and language goals
* Put treatment plans from your supervising SLP into practice
* Support SLPs with speech screenings for new clients
* Administer and score standardized tests under SLP supervision
* Document sessions, progress, and plan adjustments as your SLP directs
* Stay connected with the team through regular meetings with SLPs and SLPAs### What We’re Looking For
* Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related field
* A valid Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively under a licensed SLP’s direction
