Bilingual RBTs play a vital role in delivering 1:1 ABA therapy and supporting diverse families. We’re hiring now!
- Hands-on training and supportive leadership
- Inclusive, team-focused environment

- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children
- Implement treatment plans developed by a Behavior Analyst
- Communicate effectively with bilingual families
- Collect data, track progress, and maintain accurate session notes
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors and caregivers
- Required:High School Diploma & RBT Certification
- Required:Fluency in Spanish and English
- Preferred:1–2 years of experience working with children
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Type:Part-time
- Schedule:Monday–Friday
- Location:In-person
