NATIONAL COUNCIL ON ALCOHOLISM in Van Nuys, CA seeks a Bilingual SUD Counselor – Outpatient SUD to provide individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and care management for patients in outpatient treatment.
Reporting to the Clinical Program Director, the counselor will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate evidence-based interventions, coordinate transitions between LOCs, and ensure compliance with Medi-Cal and state standards while promoting recovery and wellness.
