Alpaca Health in Colorado Springs is hiring bilingual RBTs to work in-person with children who have autism. You’ll follow a BCBA-guided plan, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build trusting relationships with families and students.
We welcome certified RBTs and those pursuing certification; multiple paths exist, and training support is provided. You’ll join a dedicated team focused on growth, learning, and making a real difference every day.
