Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking a Team Lead for our Community Support Team to provide clinical leadership and supervision to team members serving adults with mental health needs.#

Position Summary:

The CST Team Lead conducts assessments, oversees implementation of person-centered plans, and ensures quality clinical interventions while supervising team members.#

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct ongoing evaluation and treatment planning for persons served.
* Provide clinical supervision and manage team schedules.
* Ensure fidelity to evidence-based practices and motivational interviewing.
* Participate in crisis response and on-call duties.
* Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.#

Education & Experience:

Required:

Full or provisional licensure as LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), LMFT(A), or equivalent in North Carolina.
