What You’ll Do:- Conduct routine rounds and monitor clients’ safety and well-being throughout the day and night.
- Assist with vital signs and document health observations with care and accuracy.
- Respond calmly to medical or behavioral emergencies while preserving the dignity of those involved.
- Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and documentation.
- Provide trauma-informed, compassionate support to clients.
- Partner closely with nursing, clinical, and residential staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry to help maintain a clean, healing environment.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable

- Bachelors in psychology or social work, preferred
