As an Asst-Office Operations, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing essential administrative and clerical support in a medical setting. Your role is critical in ensuring smooth operations, from patient check-in to appointment scheduling, and plays a vital part in delivering exceptional care and service.

What You Will Do- Greet patients and visitors, check patients in and out, and obtain necessary documentation.
- Verify and enter demographic information, insurance authorizations, and precertifications.
- Complete medical record release requests and schedule/confirm patient appointments.
- Enter, review, and submit charges for patient procedures and services daily.
- Collect co-payments and reconcile daily reports and deposits for accuracy.
- Provide general office and clerical support to your assigned area.

- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
