Key Autism Services is seeking a Divisional Quality Director to support clinical quality across assigned regions. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced ABA professional to coach clinicians, identify opportunities for improvement, and help ensure high-quality care for the children and families we serve.
In this role, you will provide clinical quality oversight through audits and quality assurance checks, collaborate with regional and center leadership to support clinicians, identify trends and areas of opportunity, and partner with training and clinical teams to implement meaningful quality initiatives. You will also help ensure alignment with payer requirements, BACB ethical standards, accreditation expectations, and ABA clinical best practices across the organization.

Quality Improvement & Compliance
Support quarterly quality assurance goals and ensure completion of required QA activities across assigned markets.
Collaborate with the Training Department and clinical leadership to develop and implement quality initiatives and KPI-focused improvement efforts.
Monitor compliance trends and compile quality audit data and reports for the Director of Quality and Training.
Support accreditation efforts by helping assigned regions meet applicable quality and compliance standards.
Maintain current knowledge of state and commercial payer requirements.
Participate in audit calibration sessions to promote consistent application of QA standards across divisions.
Contribute to the development and improvement of audit tools, reporting processes, and clinical quality standards.
Conduct regular clinical quality audits and quality assurance checks for BCBAs and RBTs
Review clinical documentation, session notes, and Initial Authorization Reports to identify trends, provide feedback, and establish goals for clinicians.
Provide clinical support related to treatment plan revisions, service denials, peer reviews, and other complex clinical needs.
Provide case supervision, parent training, and assessments for assigned clients
Maintain current knowledge of ABA clinical best practices and the BACB Ethics Code.
Provide mentorship, coaching, and additional training to BCBAs, particularly those in their mentoring period.
Partner with Regional and Center Directors to address performance concerns and strengthen clinical quality.
Support onboarding of new BCBAs, Regional/Center Directors, and new markets by establishing clear QA expectations and processes.
Promote a positive work culture, clear cross-functional communication, and continuity of care for clients.
Participate in leadership, state-specific, and quality meetings and trainings.
Collaborate with clinical, training, and operational teams to support organizational initiatives and clinical quality.
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Current BCBA certification in good standing.
LABA or applicable state licensure, where required.
5+ years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related behavioral health field.
Travel within region, as needed or required.
