** Job Summary
** The role focuses on helping clients remain safely and comfortably in their homes by providing personal care, household assistance, meal preparation, and transportation-related support.##

Key Responsibilities
* Assist with personal care:
Bathing Grooming Dressing
* Prepare meals, including medically prescribed diets when required.
* Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
* Grocery shopping and running errands.
* Travel to clients' homes.
* Document client observations and activities.
* Follow written care plans.
* Communicate client health concerns to scheduling coordinators while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality.###

* ** Current CNA or CHHA certification (or willingness to obtain, depending on employer requirements).
* Valid driver's license.
* Dependable transportation.
* Telephone access.
* Ability to travel frequently (100% travel to client locations).
