Social Worker, Mental Health

Axe Recruiting is hiring a Social Worker on behalf of our client, a respected mental health services provider. This role is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals and families facing mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will have experience in counseling, advocacy, and case management while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.

• Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions.
• Develop personalized care plans based on clients’ mental health needs.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to provide comprehensive support
  .
• Advocate for clients’ needs within the community and healthcare system.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with company and legal standards.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health or social work setting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about working with diverse populations in need of mental health services.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
