Riverside Community Care is hiring a Residential Counselor to join a supportive team. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9am–3pm (30 hours per week) with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour. The role emphasizes person-centered support to help individuals live safely and engage in daily living activities within the community.
You’ll help residents build independence, form relationships, and participate in community activities, while staff provide 24/7 coverage and ongoing guidance.
