• Clinical laboratory testing experience for the Technologist level
• Previous experience at the Technologist Trainee level, ASCP, or AMT certification
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Proficient with computers
• Familiarity with laboratory information systems
• High level of attention to detail, along with strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be able to pass a standardized color vision screen
• Flexibility to work overtime or other shifts, depending on business needs
• Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and follow up on issues.
• Ability to maintain the strictest standards of safety, patient privacy, and confidentiality.

• Previous experience as a Medical Technologist in a hospital setting.
• Must meet CLIA-required personnel qualifications for High Complexity testing.
