Minimum:
Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
Preferred:
Graduation from an accredited Masters or Doctorate physical therapy program or Bachelor's degree in physical therapy with continuing education credits or coursework.
Indiana Physical Therapy license or eligibility with current temporary license required.
EXPERIENCEMinimum:
Clinical rotation experience in inpatient and outpatient environments with varied diagnoses.
Preferred:
At lease one year experience as licensed physical therapist in varied environments including inpatient, outpatient, and home healthcare settings.
