The work

Open Train AI is hiring a Medical Communications AI Evaluation Expert to improve AI-assisted tools used in healthcare communications. You will create and review evaluation tasks, then assess written and visual content for scientific accuracy, regulatory fit, fair balance, audience fit, and clear messaging.

  • Create evaluation tasks based on medical education modules, advisory board summaries, scientific slide decks, HCP materials, and digital medical content.
  • Review AI-generated medical communications for scientific accuracy, compliance alignment, fair balance, clarity, tone, and strategic messaging.
  • Check whether visual presentations explain complex scientific ideas accurately without oversimplifying them.
  • Trace claims, infographics, and slide statements to scientific literature, trial data, and clinical summaries.
  • Write structured feedback about model strengths and weaknesses and help develop quality rubrics, benchmarks, and evaluation frameworks.
