Cynet Health is seeking a Physical Therapist (Therapy/Rehabilitation) for home health in South Carolina. The role covers multiple counties with a typical daily travel, and you will group patients to minimize drive time.
Expect a 12-week assignment with a day shift (08:00–16:30) and 8-hour shifts. Requirements include South Carolina PT license or Compact PT license and BLS certification, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
