SOS Wellness is hiring an independently licensed social worker (LISW) to provide outpatient therapy in Middletown and the surrounding Middletown–Dayton corridor. Part-time or full-time 1099 contract work is available.
The roleProvide therapy to individuals and families, complete assessments and treatment plans, and document care in our clinical system. Collaborate with psychiatric providers, case managers, and other therapists when clients need coordinated support. Participate in team consultation and provide care consistent with your Ohio license and scope of practice.
What we are looking forAn active Ohio LISW license and at least two years of clinical experience. Experience with addiction care or group treatment is welcome.
Schedule and locationMiddletown, Ohio and the surrounding Middletown–Dayton area. Part-time or full-time 1099 contract role. Scheduling and compensation details will be discussed with candidates.
Responsibilities:Outpatient therapy; assessments; treatment plans; clinical documentation; team care coordination.
Skill & ExperienceActive Ohio LISW and at least two years of clinical experience.
