This position is onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Trenton. Our clinic is equipped with advanced therapeutic tools and technologies, allowing clinicians to deliver high-quality care. Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, utilizing advanced assessment techniques.
- Craft and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, allowing for adjustments based on ongoing progress.
- Provide direct patient care involving therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and specialized modalities aimed at promoting recovery and enhancing physical function.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive patient experience while contributing to the clinic's overall effectiveness.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop innovative strategies focusing on improving patient outcomes using evidence-based practices.
- Educate and train patients and their caregivers to empower them in managing their rehabilitation and recovery journey effectively.
- Achieve minimum utilization goals and other key performance metrics to drive practice growth and ensure patient satisfaction.
Our patient population encompasses a diverse range of individuals, including those facing orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related injuries. Qualifications- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited APTA or CAPTE program.
- A valid state license in Physical Therapy to practice in New Jersey.
- Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective patient interactions and teamwork.
- Proficient computer and word processing skills to maintain patient records and documentation.
- A genuine desire to connect positively with individuals, establishing strong patient relationships to facilitate successful treatment outcomes.
- Previous experience in a rehabilitation center or outpatient clinic is highly desirable.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including children and athletes.
- Familiarity with current trends and advancements in physical therapy practice.
