We are seeking a compassionate and motivated PRN Occupational Therapist to join our growing team.

- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Help clients improve functional independence in real-world settings
- Document care and progress in a timely, compliant manner
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Educate clients and caregivers on safety, adaptive strategies, and wellness
- Current
New Jersey Occupational Therapist License (Required) - Minimum 1 year of experience in outpatient or home health (preferred)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to travel between client locations throughout the day
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
