Description:
This position is for a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist.
The work hours are from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.Alternating hours from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM and 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM may be required.
The unit consists of five Interventional Radiology suites.
Staffing includes two Interventional Radiology Technologists and one Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse.
On-call duty is required one night a week and one rotating weekend per month, with potential holiday coverage.
The department is equipped with four Siemens Bi-plane systems and one Siemens single-plane system.
The electronic medical record system used is Meditech, and imaging is managed by GE Centricity PACS.Candidates with expertise in neuro interventional experience, such as strokes, aneurysms and SAH, are preferred.
A strong knowledge of vascular interventional radiology procedures is necessary.
The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
