Howthe role is designed:
Soar's OT role is built for clinicians who want to keep growing in their practice while working as part of a truly interdisciplinary care team. You'll support young children during a critical stage of development, helping them build the motor, sensory, feeding, and daily living skills that allow them to participate more fully in the world around them. You don't need to come to Soar as an expert in every aspect of autism care — what matters is strong clinical fundamentals, curiosity, and a commitment to learning and delivering thoughtful, high-quality care.
Compensationand role design:
Base pay:$86,000.00 - $/year per year. Annual performance bonus potential up to $3,800. Additional compensation beyond the range for achieving clinical certifications.
Schedule flexibility:Full-time clinicians can choose between 4x10 and 5x8 work schedules, based on available scheduling options.
Support and development:Ongoing training, continuing education, and opportunities to learn from experienced clinicians and national experts in occupational therapy.
True interdisciplinary care:Work closely with SLPs, BCBAs, psychologists, RBTs, and other clinicians through coordinated treatment planning, co-treatment, client overlaps, and weekly interdisciplinary care meetings.
Clinical growth:Deepen your expertise in early intervention and autism care while building skills across feeding, sensory development, motor development, and interdisciplinary treatment, with opportunities to grow your career as Soar expands.
Culture that lives out our Values:Join a team committed to high-quality, ethical care, collaboration, continuous improvement, and creating an environment where clinicians can do their best work.
What You'll Do:Plan and deliver naturalistic, developmentally appropriate occupational therapy for children ages 2-6 in a center-based, early intervention setting.

Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and develop coordinated treatment plans alongside clinicians in ABA, speech therapy, psychology, and other specialties.
Collaborate closely with speech therapists and other clinicians, including opportunities for co-treatment and shared clinical problem-solving.
Coach and mentor RBTs so occupational therapy goals can be reinforced throughout a child's day while supporting their own clinical growth and development.
Monitor client progress and continually adapt treatment plans and goals based on data, clinical judgment, and each child's evolving needs.
Partner with families to develop meaningful goals, communicate progress, and provide practical strategies they can use outside of therapy.
Bring your OT expertise to weekly interdisciplinary care meetings, helping the team understand the whole child and build coordinated approaches to care.
