Mary Washington Healthcare is seeking a First Surgical Assistant to join the surgical team in Fredericksburg, VA. You will assist the operating surgeon in closures and haemostatic techniques, prep and position patients, and help maintain aseptic procedures.
The role requires Virginia Board of Medicine licensure as a Surgical Assistant, NBSTSA or NCCSA certification, and BLS CPR. Scrub tech experience is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting general surgical services.
