Trilogy, Inc. seeks a Recovery Counselor to assess clients' personal, medical, and social needs and plan treatment across home, community, and office settings in Chicago. You will advocate for clients, link them to services, and provide client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed care using harm reduction.
You will deliver 60–75% of community support in the field, engage hard-to-reach clients, and perform intake, case management, and crisis/on-call duties as directed.
