Health RIGHT 360 is a nonprofit delivering integrated healthcare and substance use services across SPA 3 locations including El Monte. The SUD Navigator guides adults and youth through ASAM triage, referrals, and access to Medi-Cal/My Health LA, while coordinating transportation and supporting enrollment.
You will connect clients with appropriate treatment, advocate for barriers such as housing or domestic violence, and participate in outreach and community events to improve attendance and care
