The LOGAN Center is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to partner with Early Learning programs in St. Joseph County (birth to age
5). You will evaluate and treat children in multiple settings, develop therapy plans, and coordinate with families and teachers to support gross motor development.
You will communicate progress, prepare discharge summaries, and participate in interdisciplinary teams, home visits, and staff trainings, ensuring services align with payor requirements and family goals.
