Location: Northern
Delta-T Group is seeking a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) to support older adults in a Washington, DC long-term care facility. The schedule is 8:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday, as a contractor.
You will conduct intake assessments, meet clients per treatment plans, complete timely case notes, and collaborate with the Director and a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
