Wound Care NP​/PA Specialist - Hospital

St. Catherine of Siena Hospital, part of Catholic Health Services, seeks a Wound Care Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) to lead wound care rounds, develop programs, and coordinate patient care with the Medical Director. Must be certified in wound care and maintain a collaborative agreement with the center.

A NYS-credentialed NP or PA with wound care training, ACLS/BLS, and diabetes/case management experience is preferred. Strong collaboration with nursing staff is essential.
