Abbott Laboratories is seeking a Screening Solutions Specialist to support and optimize our diagnostic screening platforms for healthcare customers. In this role, you will act as a technical expert, guiding implementation, validation, and ongoing performance of screening solutions in clinical and laboratory settings. You will analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training to end users, ensuring high-quality, compliant results. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll help drive innovation while contributing to Abbott’s mission of improving global health and quality of life.
Job Responsibilities- Serve as subject-matter expert on Abbott screening platforms and assays
- Support implementation, validation, and optimization of screening solutions at customer sites
- Analyze screening performance data and recommend improvements
- Train clinicians and lab staff on instruments, workflows, and best practices
- Collaborate with sales, R&D, and support teams to address customer needs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements
- Document issues, solutions, and feedback to inform product enhancements
- Participate in cross-functional projects to advance new screening technologies
- Diagnostic assay knowledge
