Front Desk Coordinator- Korman Plastic Surgery & Wunderbar MedSpa

At Korman Plastic Surgery & Wunderbar Med Spa, we are dedicated to helping patients look and feel their best through personalized, results-driven aesthetic care. Led by award-winning, board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Joshua Korman, our team combines expertise, innovation, and compassion to provide an exceptional patient experience.

As our Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play an important role in creating the warm, professional, and elevated experience our practice is known for.

Full-time | 40 hours/week | Onsite
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Provide a warm, concierge-level experience for every patient.
• Welcome and check in patients while ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
• Manage incoming calls, appointment scheduling, confirmations, and patient inquiries.
• Coordinate with providers and clinical teams to maintain efficient patient flow.
• Maintain accurate patient information and uphold confidentiality standards.
• Keep the front desk and reception area organized, polished, and welcoming.
• Educate patients on available services and connect them with the appropriate provider.
• Support administrative and operational needs while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role; healthcare, aesthetics, hospitality, or luxury retail experience preferred.
• Experience with phone systems and appointment scheduling.
• Warm, outgoing, and professional communication style.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and computer skills.
• Proactive, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine interest in plastic surgery, aesthetics, skincare, health, or wellness.
• Experience in plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, or cosmetic procedures is a plus.

$26–$28/hour , depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives.
