Description
- Completion of Activity Calendar
- Completion of monthly Birthday Board
- Changing out calendars in Resident's room monthly
- 1 on 1 and leading group activities daily
- Charting and participation book daily and weekly
- Assisting with family visits and documenting visits
- The Activity Assistant works under the supervision of the Activity Director
- Working every other weekend
- Working some holidays
- Must be able to follow instructions and work independently
- Punctuality and good time management habits are mandatory.
