Wurtland Nursing and Rehabilitation seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide high-quality rehabilitative care under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. You will implement individualized treatment plans to enhance residents’ ADLs, mobility, and independence, working with an interdisciplinary team in a geriatric setting.
You should have an OTA degree, KY COTA licensure, and 1–2 years of SNF or geriatric care experience; PDPM familiarity is a plus.
