Red Roof Inn - 154 Hospitality Lane - Responsibilities:
Maintain the general appearance of building and grounds per Maintenance manual and inspection requirements;
Perform routine maintenance tasks in guest rooms (painting, caulking, carpet/floor cleaning, changing light bulbs, etc.);
Inspect the property and report needs to Supervisor;
Assist housekeeping and maintain safety and security of the hotel;
Cross-train in laundry, housekeeping, or front desk functions if possible
