FULL-TIME POSITION

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented Steward who takes pride in ensuring a clean and organized kitchen? Join our team as a full-time Steward in our Tidal restaurant and play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our culinary operations. We are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and are eager to contribute to the success of our team.

Summary:

• Support the culinary team by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as a Kitchen Steward
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area
• Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
• Ensure the proper handling and storage of food and supplies
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow
• Display a positive and energetic attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate a commitment to excellence and attention to detail

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward, Dishwasher Steward, or in a similar culinary support role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays in a restaurant or food service environment
