Guest Services Attendant, Lodge Kohler (Full-time, 2nd Shift)

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Green Bay, WI

This is a full-time position. Shifts will be from 2:00pm to 11:00pm, weekdays and weekends.

• Providingguests with prompt, courteous service that exceeds their expectations
• Assisting guests with their arrival, departure, luggage, and vehicles
• Valet parkingvehicles
• Driving theguest shuttle in the Green Bay area
• Identification of guest and room number, analyzing the logistics and the most efficientprocedures of bringing luggage to guest’s room
• Maintaining aworking knowledge of all in-house facilities and hours of operation, aswell as daily activities and area attractions
• Identifyingguest and room number, analyze the logistics and the most efficientprocedures of bringing luggage to guest's room Miscellaneousdeliveries required by guest or hotel staff
• Maintaining aclean work area, including all common rooms and storage closets

• Applicants musthave a valid driver's license and be within the guidelines of Kohler Co.corporate insurance policy and be at least 21 years of age at time of application
• Prior experience with customer service preferred

The hourly range for this position is $13.10 - $19.60. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location.
