Housekeeping Field Supervisor

Nature of Work: A part-time role providing training, support, supervision, and issue resolution for housekeepers, guests, and homeowners, primarily pertaining to housekeeping.

Illustrative Tasks:

Train field staff on Twiddy & Company housekeeping policies and procedures

Inspect quality of cleaning

Meet with homeowners and guests to provide Southern hospitality

Provide in-person constructive feedback to housekeepers to drive improvements in future performance

Deliver supplies for housekeepers and customers

Schedule and Admin :

This position requires a flexible work schedule, with weekends being mandatory. Scheduling is dependent on reservations and current task load, as determined by direct supervisor. Additional weekday working hours may be available.
