On the Job Deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests from the moment they arrive until they leave the property. Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude. Assist members and guests with golf bags, including loading and unloading bags onto carts. Provide club cleaning services and help maintain an organized work area. Prepare golf carts for member and guest play by staging them in the designated cart area.

Return carts to storage clean and ready for the next round, removing debris, towels, scorecards, and other items. Operate equipment to retrieve range balls and maintain the driving range. Wash, organize, and arrange range balls and baskets according to club standards. Be attentive to the needs of members and guests and take initiative to create a positive and enjoyable experience.

Stay active and productive throughout your shift. When one task is complete, look for the next opportunity to assist a guest, support the team, clean, organize, or improve the operation. Take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming golf environment at all times.

A friendly, upbeat attitude and a genuine passion for customer service. A willingness to learn, work hard, and be part of a team. The ability to stay busy, take initiative, and recognize what needs to be done without always being asked. A positive attitude and the desire to create an exceptional experience for every member and guest. Reliability, a strong work ethic, and pride in doing the little things that make a big difference.
