Chief Stewardess 50t motor yacht , rotational

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a well-run 50m private and charter motor yacht on a full-time rotational basis.

The vessel operates primarily between Florida and the Bahamas with a busy owner and charter schedule throughout the year. This is a long-term opportunity for a career-minded Chief Stewardess looking to join a professional program with an experienced Captain and a positive, supportive crew culture.

This role is best suited to a Chief Stewardess with strong charter experience who may have previously worked on larger yachts but remains genuinely hands-on. The interior team consists of three crew members, and the successful candidate will be expected to lead by example, rotating through all areas of the interior alongside the team. This is not a purser-style or heavily administrative position, nor is it a role spent behind a laptop.

We are looking for someone who enjoys being actively involved in the day-to-day operation, delivers exceptional guest service, and supports the team wherever needed.

The program has a relaxed, professional atmosphere with an approachable Captain who values teamwork, communication, and crew longevity.

• Lead and manage a team of three interior crew members
• Deliver exceptional guest service for both private and charter operations
• Oversee housekeeping, laundry, service, inventory, and interior presentation
• Train, mentor, and motivate the interior team
• Ensure smooth interior operations during owner trips and charters
• Maintain exceptional interior standards at all times
• Lead by example and work alongside the team in all interior departments

• Minimum 5 years' experience as Chief Stewardess on a similar-sized or larger yacht
• Proven private and charter experience
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Exceptional guest service and hospitality standards
• Positive, hands-on management style
• Willingness to support every area of the interior and lead from the front
• Professional, adaptable, and able to thrive in a busy operational environment
