• Deliver a warm, genuine, and memorable welcome to every guest, embodying Southern hospitality with a touch of Dolly-inspired charm, humility, and personality
• Uphold luxury service standards and brand voice, ensuring every interaction feels personal—not transactional
• Help clean and prepare guest rooms to impeccable luxury standards, ensuring every detail reflects comfort and care
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality presentation ofpublic areas, back of house spaces, androoms including linens, amenities, and cleanliness
• Identify and report maintenance issues promptly to ensure a flawless guest experience
• Respect guest privacy and handle belongings with the utmost care and discretion
• Restock housekeeping suppliesandmaintainorganization of housekeeping areas andguest space
• Respond to guest requests with warmth, urgency, and professionalism
• Support the Housekeeping Room Attendants with any needs to complete work daily with the highest quality possible
• Remove trash, soiled linens, and debris from guest floors and service areas
• Stock and organize housekeeping closets and carts throughout the shift
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient room turnover during high occupancy
• Create a welcoming, refreshed environment that feels personal and inviting
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Support deep cleaning projects and special assignments
• Represent the hotel’s culture of kindness, pride, and attention to detail in every room serviced
• Maintain high standards at all times while on property and allguestfacing space in the hotel.
